This website

The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across sites.

When you book a call, the booking form is provided by Cal.com. Your name, email, chosen time and any notes you add are shared with us and processed by Cal.com under its own privacy policy. We use them only to hold the call and follow up with you.

Your contacts in the Atlas app

Contacts you import (for example your LinkedIn Connections file) are stored in your own browser on your computer. We do not run a server that stores your contact list, and we cannot read it.

Search, scoring, campaigns and automations run locally in your browser.

LinkedIn

If you connect Atlas to LinkedIn, we use the data LinkedIn returns only to show it to you inside Atlas and to help you write messages that you send yourself. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for advertising, or use it to build profiles of people outside your own use.

Atlas never sends a LinkedIn message by itself. A person always reads the message and presses Send.

Optional AI features

AI writing is off until you add your own OpenAI API key. When it is on, Atlas sends the public work details of the person it is writing about (such as name, job title, company and headline) directly from your browser to OpenAI with your key. Your notes and email addresses are not sent.

Your key is stored in your own browser and can be removed at any time.

Agent Exchange

If you join an Exchange group, requests pass through a small relay server that holds locked messages for up to 14 days and cannot read them. Your contact list never leaves your computer. A name is shared only after each person involved says yes.

Your choices

You can delete all Atlas data at any time with "Remove all my data" in the app, or by clearing your browser storage. To ask about, correct or delete booking data we hold, email us.
